Irvine Public Schools Foundation Awards Over $130,000 in Grants
IPSF awarded $130,819 in grants to support innovative programs on March 24, funding 16 projects to 31 teachers and counselors at 15 IUSD schools. Over 4,000 students will benefit next year alone – and many more in these classrooms for years to come. Read More

Students Get a Lesson in Math and Science Through Angels Baseball
Natalie Hanenkrat jotted down the Pythagorean Theorem on the whiteboard, but this is no ordinary math lesson. Hanenkrat was teaching her 17 students the Angels Science of Baseball summer course, and they used the famous equation to estimate the area of Angel Stadium’s field. Read More
